Delivery Questions
Information about delivery times, options, and what to expect once you’ve placed your order.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your return. Products should be in their original, unopened condition with all packaging intact. Once we’ve agreed the return with you, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the items back. For specific queries about returns, including any applicable charges, please get in touch with our customer service team who will be happy to help.
For standard parcel deliveries (single rolls or small orders), no special equipment is required. These can be easily handled and moved by hand. For larger pallet deliveries, you’ll need appropriate equipment to unload. This could be a pallet truck, forklift, or you can arrange for a tail-lift delivery service for an additional charge, which allows the driver to lower the pallet to ground level. If you’re unsure about your order, please contact us and we’ll advise on the best delivery method for your needs.
We offer delivery across the UK mainland, with options for both express and standard delivery depending on your requirements. Delivery timescales vary depending on your location. Most UK mainland addresses can be reached quickly, though some remote areas including the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take slightly longer. For specific delivery timescales to your postcode, please contact us before placing your order.
All deliveries are handled by our logistics partner, Chase Freight. Depending on your order size, items will be delivered either as a standard parcel (for individual products) or on a pallet (for larger bulk orders). For single-roll orders and smaller purchases, your items will arrive as a parcel via courier. For larger orders containing multiple products, we use pallet delivery to ensure safe transport. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor its progress.
